You are going to create a spreadsheet to calculate the profit on sales of videos.
1. Load a spreadsheet application.
2. Enter the title:
SU VIDEO SALES
3. On a row below the title enter the first column heading TITLE, which should be left aligned. Enter the other column headings, right aligned, as follows:
NO., PURCHASE, SELLING, PROFIT
Note: NO is the number of videos of each title in stock.
PURCHASE is the purchase price of the videos.
SELLING is the selling price of the videos.
PROFIT is the difference between the two above.
4. 1) Enter in the first column, video names (left aligned). increase the width of the first column only to ensure that the labels are shown in full.

4. 2) Enter the row label TOTAL below the list of videos in the first column. this must be left aligned.
5. Enter the data shown below:
6. 1) Use a formula to calculate the PROFIT for LAST ACTION HERO as follows:
(SELLING minus PURCHASE) multiplied by NO.
or (SELLING - PURCHASE)*NO.
6. 2) Replicate this formula so that the PROFIT for each title is displayed.
6. 3) At the bottom of the Profit column only, in the TOTAL row, use a formula to give the overall profit.
7. Ensure that the PURCHASE, SELLING and PROFIT columns only are formatted to 2 decimal places. Ensure that the PROFIT TOTAL is also formatted to 2 decimal places.
8. Save and print the spreadsheet
9. 1) The Title ZULU should be ZULU DAWN. Make the necessary amendment.
9. 2) the SELLING price of Independence Day has changed, is should be £12.99. Please correct this price.
10. 1) Information on the VALUE of the videos is required.
10. 2) Insert a ne column between SELLING and PROFIT.
10. 3) Enter the heading for this new column VALUE (right aligned).
11. Calculate the value of LAST ACTION HERO by multiplying SELLING by NO.
Replicate this formula to calculate the value for each of the other videos.
12. Display the VALUE column in integer format.
13. It has been decided to no longer stock the video REGARDING HENRY, delete the row containing the data for this item.
14. Save and print the spreadsheet.
